Two Weeks!

Holy Crap! Today Madelyn is leaving for two weeks (!!!!) to go and visit her sister and family. I'm not looking foward to the next two weeks of being alone, but I am excited that Madelyn gets to take a vacation. I wasn't feeling very happy this morning about the time alone, but I started laughing again after seeing these pictures. I thought you guys would enjoy them. It looks like McAustinTX Blog might be taking a small break. Maybe you can talk Madelyn into posting some picutes of her and her semi-new neice. I don't think you need pictures of me hanging out watching TV and playing video games.....

If you like these pictures.... I have more.... I don't know why putting words to strange pictures of animals is so funny, but I was honestly in tears from laughter.

Too bad you're not in the SLC, Cody. We could have played guitar hero and Donkey Bongo all day. Oh, Konkey Dongo...how I miss beatin' the drum to some sweet TLC or Incubus. Entao, ate.

I would love to come, but I think I might raise some eyebrows at my new job by taking vacation 5 days after I start. Donkey Konga is awesome.... I remember beating that and Mario Kart with you over the summer once. Productivity!

Poor Cody!! You will be lonely! I would actually like some great action shots of you playing video games!! Use your camera's timer... :)

Hi Cody! So sorry we have been out of touch. I just spent my afternoon at ASUU reading the last 2 months of your blog...ASUU can be really boring. It sounds like things are great in TX. Congrats on you 1 year anniversary. I can't believe you have been married for a year. Luke and I graduate on Friday and then are off to Montana for the summer and then NYC in August. Luke has been in CA for the weekend at Coachella, he had an amazing time and said he totally thought of you while watching the Decemberists. We miss you two tons, but are also really happy for you. It has certainly been a crazy year!

Rachel,

You and Luke need to get on the communication bandwagon! You should create a blog, facebook, or myspace so that we can keep in touch. I vote for a blog
